摘要
六倍体小黑麦与小麦杂交培育的特异小麦材料 85 -DH5 30 4,表现植株较矮、特早熟、结实好等优良性状。Giemsa-C带和种子醇溶蛋白电泳分析表明 ,85 -DH5 30 4是一个含 1RS/ 1BL染色体的易位系 ,而我们用小麦白粉菌菌株接种鉴定表明 ,其 1RS/ 1BL染色体上的并不表达抗白粉病基因Pm8的抗性 ,利用中国春与 85 -DH5 30 4杂交后代的抗性分析 ,表明它不含有抗白粉病基因 ,认为可能供体六倍体小黑麦的 1R染色体上不具有对白粉病抗性的基因。此外 ,还对不同黑麦来源 1R染色体上抗病基因的多样性和六倍体小黑麦基因资源对小麦育种的作用进行了讨论。
Wheat line 85-DH5304, which exhibits extremely early maturity and dwarfism, is developed from the cross between hexaploid triticale Hyslop-4 and a common wheat line N.P.F.P. Giemsa C banding shows 85-DH5304 is a 1RS/1RL translocation line. However, it does not express the gene Pm8 in 1RS/1BL chromosome inoculated by powdery mildew isolates. Moreover, resistance observation of the F2 segregation population from the cross of 85-DH5304 with Chinese Spring indicates that 85-DH5304 contains no powdery mildew resistance gene. Therefore, It is deduced that no novel powdery mildew resistance gene exists in the donor 1R chromosome of its parent triticale. In addition, the diversity of distribution for resistance gene on 1R chromosome with different rye derived and the utilization of hexaploid triticale to wheat improvement are also discussed in the present paper.
