摘要
以一系垂向油压减振器为研究对象,从其自身结构与工作原理出发,结合对减振器内部流场的受力、流量分析的理论研究,基于MATLAB、ANSYS ICEM、STAR-CD与ANSYS CFX的软件平台,对减振器内部流场进行了CFD计算,得出了可以标识减振器性能的示功图与阻尼特性曲线,仿真结果与实验特性吻合,为减振器的性能测试提供了一种新手段。
Regarding a primary vertical hydraulic damper as the research subject and combined with the theoretical researches of the force, flow analysis, this paper completed some CFD simulations on its internal flow preceded from its structure and working principle and by using the softwares of ANSYS ICEM,STAR--CD and AYSYS CFX. And the indicator diagram and damping characteristic curves can illustrate the performance of the damper. The results from CFD simulation are conformed to the experimental data. This may provide a new mean to the damper's performance test.
