儿童结直肠息肉的临床病理特点及内镜治疗的体会(附78例报告)

目的总结分析儿童结直肠息肉的临床病理特点及内镜治疗的体会。方法收集2008年1月至2013年2月我科收治的78例儿童结直肠息肉患者临床资料进行总结分析。结果全部病例均治愈,未发生并发症。结论儿童结直肠息肉是常见的疾病,以幼年性息肉为主,全麻下行内镜下息肉切除治疗儿童结直肠息肉,安全可靠,创伤小,恢复快。
