摘要
运用大量先进技术,如电控喷嘴截面可变增压器、电控可变涡流控制阀、塑料进气歧管、电控EGR阀模块,分流式冷却系统、180MPa高压共轨系统等,开发了一款达到EU5b排放的高强化的乘用车柴油机——D19,其标定功率为110kW,最大扭矩为350N·m。D19柴油机匹配MG6轿车动力性强、经济性好,其NEDC循环工况每百公里综合油耗为5.3L,满足欧洲排放标准。
Using a series of advanced technologies,e.g, electron-controlled VNT turbocharger, electron- controlled variable swirl valve,plastic intake manifold, electron-controlled EGR module, split cooling system, 180 MPa high pressure common rail system, etc. the Model D19 Diesel Engine for passenger car was developed. Possessing rated power 110 kW and maximum torque 350 N.m,it can meet the Euro 5b emission standard. The MG6 car equipped with the Model D19 Diesel Engine is of high power and good fuel economy, its NEDC fuel economy is 5.3 L/100 km,satisfying requirement of Europe market.
