摘要
总结了该仪器真空系统、X射线发生单元故障处理的工作经验。重点介绍了根据仪器故障报警内容,结合电路原理和相关部件的机械机构,分析、查找故障原因的方法。
The experiences in trouble shooting of the vacuum system of the instrument and X-ray unit were introduced. The emphases were placed on the methods for analyzing and detecting causes of faults in the light of the instrument alarming ,circuit principles and mechanical structures of related components.
