舒肝顺气丸抗炎作用研究

Study on Anti-inflammatory Effects of Shugan Shunqi Pills

目的:研究舒肝顺气丸的抗炎作用。方法:通过小鼠耳廓肿胀实验、大鼠足肿胀实验和小鼠棉球肉芽肿实验,观察高、中、低剂量舒肝顺气丸对3种模型炎症反应的保护作用。结果:高、中剂量(9.0、4.5 g/kg)舒肝顺气丸均能显著抑制炎症导致的小鼠耳廓肿胀和棉球肉芽肿的形成;高、中、低剂量舒肝顺气丸(6.750、3.375、1.688 g/kg)均能显著逆转炎症导致的大鼠足肿胀。结论:舒肝顺气丸具有较好的抗炎作用,能显著改善因炎症导致的肿胀、增生等病理变化,对其治疗浅表性胃炎等消化道炎症有一定作用。

OBJECTIVE： To study anti-inflammatory effects of Shugan shunqi pills. METHODS： The effects of high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose of Shugan shunqi pills against inflammatory reaction of 3 kinds of model were observed by mice ear swelling test, rat foot swelling test and granuloma induced by cotton pellets in mice. RESULTS： High-dose and medium-dose of Shugan shunqi pills could significantly inhibit ear swelling of mice and the formulation of granuloma induced by cotton pellets. High-dose, medium dose and low-dose of Shugan shunqi pills could inhibit rat foot swelling induced by inflammation. CONCLUSIONS： Shugan shunqi pills show good anti-inflammatory effect and can significantly improve the pathological changes induced by inflammation as swelling and hyperplasia. It also provide pharmacological basis for the treatment of digestive tract inflammation such as superficial gastritis.
