对北京市中药饮片零售药店经营现状的调研与思考

Thoughts on the Operation Situation of Retail Pharmacies of TCM Decoction Pieces in Beijing

目的:了解北京市中药饮片零售企业的经营现状及存在的问题,为监督执法和政策制定提供建议和参考。方法:运用实地走访、抽样调查、问卷调查等相结合的方法,通过发放调查表对北京市17个区县88家经营中药饮片的零售药店展开调研,从人员资质、设施设备、购存销、中药煎煮等方面对零售药店中药饮片的经营管理进行细致考察。结果:共发放问卷88份,回收88份,问卷回收率达100%。零售药店存在中药学专业技术人员较缺乏、购存销管理的规范化程度较低、设施设备的保养维护不到位及中药代煎服务的开展不规范等现象。结论:北京市中药饮片流通终端环节整体情况较好,但还需进一步提高从业人员素质,并出台相关法规政策,加大监管力度,保障人民用药安全。

OBJECTIVE： To find out the situation and existing problems in retail enterprises of TCM decoction pieces in Beijing, and to provide suggestions and reference for the supervision, law enforcement and policy-making. METHODS： Various methods had been used for the study, such as on-site visiting, sampling survey and questionnaire survey. 88 retail enterprises of TCM decoction pieces in 17 districts and counties of Beijing were investigated by questionnaire survey, including personal qualifications, equipments and facilities, buying-stock-selling system, TCM decoction and so on. RESULTS： 88 questionnaires were sent out, and 88 questionnaires were retrieved with recovery rate of 100%. There was lack of professional and technical personals of TCM in the retail pharmacies. And some other facts such as the low buying-stock-selling management standardization degree, insufficient equipments maintenance and the ill-formed TCM decoction services still existed in the retail pharmacies. CONCLUSIONS： A After the in- vestigation, we find that the overall situation of terminal circulation links in Beijing is better, but some problems need to be improved , such as professional quality of employees. As a result, published relevant laws and regulations need to be published to strengthen supervision and to ensure people＇s medication safety.
