摘要
翻译教学重在培养专门翻译能力,教学翻译是学习外语的手段之一,旨在帮助学生掌握相关语言点。本文主要从善于利用字典、学习翻译理论、赏析异域文化等方面提出如何加强大学英语中的翻译教学。
Translation in college Englistl teaching is divided into Pedagogy of Translation and Pedagogical Translation. The former empha- sizes developing professional translating talents, while the latter is nothing but a means of mastering some language points. The author finds it necessary to teach college English through Pedagogy of Translation, chiefly in three aspects ： utilizing a dictionary, learning trans- lation theory and appreciating foreign culture.
