多西他赛合奥沙利铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效及安全性评价 被引量：2

摘要 非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）是肺癌的主要类型,大部分NSCLC患者在发现时已处于晚期,无法接受手术治疗,联合化疗是其主要的治疗手段[1]。顺铂为临床常用的一线化疗药物,但毒副作用明显,降低了患者生存质量[2]。我院对非小细胞肺癌患者改用多西他赛联合奥沙利铂治疗,疗效显著。现报道如下：
