摘要
转子型线的参数及组成部分可利用圆弧转子泵的圆弧转子分析得出,而转子的实际型线的方程则可以结合共轭原理推出的圆弧转子的理论型线方程得出,参照型线的参数方程,借助MATLAB绘制出二维转子型线,最后,通过三维软件创建出实体模型,根据软件中的模拟功能对三维实体模型进行运动模拟,模拟结果显示:转子型线之间无干涉且间隙匀称。
This article analyzed the composition and parameters of the circular rotor in a circular lobe rotor pump. Based on conjugating principle, the theoretical curve equation was deduced,furthermore, the carve of the rotor in practical use was generated.Based on parametrical equation of the curve,two--dimensional rotor curve was plotted with MATLAB,then three--dimensional solid model was established using three--dimensional software,and movement simulation was conducted with software Autodesk Revit.The results show that no interference is found between the curves of the rotor,and uniform gap exists.
