摘要 目的 研究儿童智能发育社区干预模式,让社区内每一个儿童从出生到3岁得到科学、有效的智力开发。方法 1.将儿童智能发育社区干预整合到各医院社区卫生服务,由社区医生上门向新生儿家长传授小儿全脑开发技术,由母亲训练儿童,社区医生定期督导并监测小儿智能发育情况。2.用Baylev婴幼儿发展量表测精神发育指数(MDI)。3.采取整群抽样的方法抽测和比较干预组247例(平均11个月)与对照组100例(平均15.6个月)小儿MDI值。结果1年内社区干预覆盖全市45个社区,系统干预婴幼儿5 275人,占出生总人数的65.53%(5 275/8 050);社区干预组MDI均值比对照组高13.02;社区干预组精神发育迟缓率为零,对照组为6%(6/100)。结论 儿童智能发育社区干预模式的应用可以从整体上提高儿童智力水平,降低精神发育迟缓率。 Objective To study the model of community intervention for mentaldevelopment in infant that each one was intervented from newborn to 3 years old with scientific and effective method. Methods 1.Children mental developement community intervention was connected with community hygiene service. Community doctors teached infant brain developement technique to infants' parents at home. Children were trained by their mothers. Community doctors supervised and directed them regularly. Then they surveyed children mental developlment. 2. Infant developement scale by Bayley was used to survey MDI. 3. 347 patients were divided into two groups by whole colony sampling (community intervention group: 247. control group: 100). Data were statistically analyzed. Results 45 communities and 5 275 infants, 65. 53 % (5 275/8 050) of the total newborns were carried out in 1 year. MDI mean of caretakers increased 13. 20 and rate of mental retardetion was 0, control group was 6 % (6/100). Conclusion Community intervention for mental development in infant may improve the intelligent of mass children and decrease the morbidity of mental retardation.
