摘要 目的探究高强度聚焦超声治疗在治疗骨肉里的临床应用,分析其治疗的安全性、可靠性,研究临床应用效果。方法选取该院收治的接受高强度聚焦超声治疗的骨肉瘤患者,共收集到24例病例,观察比较患者治疗后患者临床症状和体征的变化、主要脏器的功能测定、血清ALP指标、骨显像和彩色多普勒超声图像。结果骨肉瘤患者在经过高强度聚焦超声治疗后患者的临床症状有所减轻,患者疼痛缓解,心、肝、脾、肺、肾功能正常,血清ALP下降,骨显像和彩色多普勒超声图像显示瘤体明显缩小,瘤体血供减少和肿瘤血管染色体消失,肿瘤细胞发生凝固性大片坏死,回声增强,彩色多普勒超声图像具有特征性变化。结论高强度聚焦治疗超声治疗骨肉瘤有较好的安全性和可靠性,能够有效地缓解患者临床症状体征,在高强度聚焦超声覆盖到的范围可以有效杀死肿瘤细胞,值得临床上推广使用。 Objective Explore high intensity focused ultrasound therapy in the treatment of the same flesh and blood in clinical application, analyzes the treatment of safety, reliability, and to study the clinical application effect.Methods Selected from December 2010 to December 2010 were of high intensity focused ultrasound therapy of osteosarcoma patients, 24 cases were collected, compare the change of patients after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms and signs, determination of main organs function, serum ALP index, bone imaging and color doppler ultrasound images.Results Patients with osteosarcoma after high intensity ultrasonic treatment reduced in patients with clinical symptoms, patients relieve pain, heart, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney function is normal, serum ALP decreased, bone imaging and color doppler ultrasound images showing the tumors had obvious narrow, blood supply of tumors had reduced and tumor blood essels chromosome disappear, coagulability large cell tumor necrosis, echogenicity, color doppler ultrasound images has characteristic changes.Conclusion High intensity focused ultrasound therapy of bone sarcoma has good safety and reliability, can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and signs, high intensity focused ultrasound in the scope of cover can effectively kill the tumor cells, and is worth popularizing clinically.
