摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定化妆品中13种紫外线吸收剂的方法。利用四氢呋喃与甲醇/水体系提取化妆品中的目标成分,用反相高效液相色谱分离,在多反应监测(MRM)模式下以保留时间和离子对(母离子和2个碎片离子)信息比较进行定性和定量分析。结果表明,13种紫外线吸收剂在10—500μgL-1内线性关系良好,定量限(LOQ)为10~30mg·kg-1,方法回收率为85.2%~115.1%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.1%~8.1%。此方法可用于化妆品中13种紫外线吸收剂的确证与定量测定。
A high performance liquid chromatograph -tandem mass spectrometer method was established for simultaneous determination of 13 UV - absorbents in .cosmetics. Target components were extracted by tetrahydrofuran/methanol/H20 system, separated by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatograph and detected by electrospray ionization (ESI) using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. Qualitative and quantitative analysis was based on the peak area of the parent ion and two fragment ions. Good linear relationship displays in the range of 10 -500 μg · L-1 for all of target components. The LOQ level for 13 UV - absorbents ranges from 10 mg kg-1 to 30 mg kg-1, and recoveries are 85.2% - 115.1%, with relative standard deviations (n = 6) of 1.1% -8.1%. The method can be used for identification and detection of 13 UV- absorbents in cosmetics.
