摘要
以两步法制备了热塑性淀粉/低密度聚乙烯(TPS/LDPE)体系,研究了PE-g-MA(马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯)相容剂添加量对TPS/LDPE体系力学性能、分子结构、热性能等的影响。结果表明,PE-g-MA的加入使TPS/LDPE体系具有较好的相容性,TPS/LDPE体系的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率以及热稳定性提高,当相容剂用量达到6份时,体系的拉伸强度达到最大值。
The TPS/LDPE starch plastic was prepared by two steps methods. The effects of PE-g-MA compatibilizer content on the properties,molecule structure, thermal properties of TPS/LDPE were studied. The results show that there is a good compati- bility between TPS and LDPE by adding PE-g-MA. The tensile strength, the elonga- tion at break and the thermal properties of TPS/LDPE increase. Tensile strength rea- ches the maximum when the compatibilizer mass comes to 6 phr.
