摘要
采用阴极剥离试验研究了管道3PE防腐蚀层的阴极剥离产物,通过扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪、综合热分析仪等仪器,对阴极剥离区域及其产物进行了分析。结果表明,当管道3PE防腐蚀层发生阴极剥离时,其剥离区域内生成了白色产物。经检测该白色产物应为混合物,主要由3PE防腐蚀层的粘胶层或环氧底漆在碱性条件下的解离产物及钙、镁离子形成的无机盐共同组成。
Using electrochemical method, the product of cathodic disbonding of 3PE coating on buried pipelines was studied. Scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectrometer and comprehensive thermal analyzer were used to analyze the cathodic stripping area and the product of the sample. The results show that when the disbonding of 3PE anticorrosive layer disintegration occurred, white products were found in stripping area. The product was a mixture of inorganic salt and organics. The products of 3PE anticorrosive coating layer or epoxy primer under alkaline conditions constituted the organics, and the inorganic salt was composed of calcium, magnesium ions.
