中央空调冷冻水管腐蚀渗漏失效原因

Corrosion Fallure Reason on Chilled Water Pipe in Central Air-conditioning

采用化学成分分析、宏观检验、扫描电镜观察、能谱及X射线物相分析和金相检验等方法,对中央空调冷冻水管腐蚀渗漏进行了分析。结果表明,冷冻水中含有溶解氧及硫等腐蚀性离子是水管腐蚀渗漏失效的主要原因。

The corrosion and leakage of central air conditioning chilled water pipe was inspected and analyzed by chemical component analysis, macroscopic examination, SEM, EDS, XRD and microstructure examination. The results show that the corrosion and leakage of the chilled water pipe was mainly caused by oxygen, ion of sulphur in the chilled water.
