摘要
依据《消毒管理办法》,对餐饮具集中消毒单位不符合卫生要求的违规行为进行了行政处罚,本文对该监管过程中存在的问题进行了讨论,同时提出了一些对策与建议。
According to Regulations for Disinfection, intensive tableware disinfection units which did not meet the health requirements were charged for administrative penalty. This paper discusses the existing problems in the process of supervision, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
