摘要
10例气管、支气管成形术中,支气管肺癌6例,外伤性主支气管闭塞2例,气管平滑肌瘤及支气管类癌各1例。手术包括:气管切除吻合,隆突及右全肺切除后气管与左主支气管吻合,气管下段右侧壁与右主支气管吻合,主支气管袖状切除,支气管袖状上肺切除及支气管楔形上肺切除。术后8例良好,2例死亡。
This article reported 10 cases treated by tracheobrochoplasty, of these cases, 6 had bronchogenic carcinoma, had traumatic main bronchial atresia, 1 had tracheal leiomyoma and 1 had bronchial carcinoid. The types of surgical operation included trachea sleeve resection, main bronchus sleeve resetion ,sleeve upper lobectomy ,carinal and right pneumonectomy and end to end anastomosis of left main bronchus and tracher,lobectomy with wedge excision of adjoining main bronchus. Postoperatively, 8 cases recovered completely, 2 cases died of respiratory and circulatory failure. The diagnosis, management of respiration during operation and operative .technique were discussed.
