县域法治是依法治国这一宪法原则的具体化。县域法治对于县域治理与发展以及全面推进依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。推动县域法治,要处理好一国之治与一县之治、党的领导与法的权威、公共权力与私人权利、主观意志与客观规律、制度建设与文化培育等五大关系。
