摘要
9例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者骨髓的电镜观察结果,其中4例难治性贫血(RA)和5例原始细胞过多性难治性贫血(RAEB),三系统血细胞有类似的病态造血变化,如核浆发育不平衡,幼红细胞各种核的异常变化,小巨核细胞,粒细胞颗粒过少或过多等,提示RA和RAEB是本病的不同阶段,由本病过渡到白血病是一个量变到质变的过程。
This paper deals with the ultrastructural changes of bone marrow specimen taken from 9 MDS patients,including 4 cases of refractory anemia(RA) and 5 cases of refractory anemia with excess of blasts(RAEB). Similar dysplastic changes, including nuclear—cytoplasmic asynchronism, nuclear changes in normoblast,micromegakaryocyte and hypo—or hyper—granularity of neutrophil, were found in bone marrow of these two groups. It seems that RA and RAEB represent different stages of MDS. The transition from MDS to leukemia is a process invloving changes in quantity to quality.
