双黄连口服液在手足口病患儿中的应用价值研究

Study on the application value of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid in the treatment of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease XUAN Xuemei

目的探讨双黄连口服液在手足口病患儿中的应用价值。方法将2011年9月—2013年4月于本院进行治疗的78例手足口病患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规治疗方案组)39例和观察组(常规治疗方案加双黄连口服液组)39例,然后将两组中轻症、重症及所有患儿的总有效率、治疗前后的FPS-2R评分结果进行比较。结果观察组中轻症、重症及所有患儿的总有效率分别高于对照组,治疗后的FPS-2R评分结果也明显好于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论双黄连口服液在手足口病患儿中的应用价值较高,更有助于改善疗效及不适感。

Objective To study the application value of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid in the treatment of children with hand-foot- and-mouth disease. Methods 78 children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease in our hospital from September 2011 to April 2013 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group （conventional treatment group）39 eases and observation group （conventional treatment and Shuanghuanglian oral liquid group）39 cases,then the total effective rate of mild, severe and all children, FPS-2R score before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of mild,severe and all children of observation group were respectively higher than those of control group,FPS-2R score results after the treatment were obviously better than those of control group,all P 〈0.05,there wewre all significant differences. Conclusion The application value of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid in the treatment of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease is higher,and it is more helpful for the improvement of effect and malaise.
