摘要
目的研究舒适护理在终末期肾病患者血液透析治疗中的效果。方法选择2011年2月—2012年2月我院血液净化中心收治的72例终末期肾病患者,给予环境护理,生理护理,心理护理及环境护理等,比较患者护理前后各项指标的变化。结果通过环境护理,生理护理,心理护理及环境护理等一系列有效护理措施,患者治疗依从性提高,同时也减少了医疗纠纷。结论舒适护理方案充分体现了"以人为本,以患者为中心"的现代护理理念,提高了临床疗效,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing in patients with ESRD on haemodialysis in the treatment of. Methods In 2011 February to 2012 February in our hospital were selected in blood purification center in 72 cases of patients with ESRD, given the environmental care, psychological care, psychological care and environmental care, changes of patients before and after care indicators. Results The environmental care, psychological care, psychological care and environmental care and a series of effective nursing measures for patients, improve treatment compliance, but also reduce the medical dispute. Conclusion The comfortable nursing program fully reflects the ＂people-oriented, modern concept of nursing to the patient as the center＂, to improve the clinical efficacy, is worthy of further popularization and application.
