影像学技术在儿童吸入异物诊断中的作用

摘要 目的探究影像学技术在儿童吸入异物诊断中发挥的作用。方法资料选自我院2011年10月—2012年12月收住在我院耳鼻喉科且经影像学检查提示为吸入异物的患儿60例,依据影像学图像反映出异物存在的位置及观察、分析和总结周围气道、气管的状况。结果通过X线胸片进行异物定位,准确率为96.15%;通过普通CT平扫检查进行异物定位,准确率为64.29%;通过螺旋CT辅助检查对异物进行定位,准确率高达100%。结论影像学检查是一项诊断价值和准确率都较高的辅助检查手段,对于辨别儿童吸入异物有一定的临床意义和价值。 Objective To explore the imaging techniques in the diagnosis of foreign body inhalation child role. Methods All infor- mation on this group as otolaryngology and by imaging examination suggestive of inhaled foreign bodies in children 60 cases in our hospital from October 2011to December 2012, Radiographic images based on location and the presence of foreign bodies reflect observe, analyze and summarize around the airway, tracheal situation. Results The X-ray for foreign body localization, the accu- racy was 96.15%; through ordinary CT scan examination for foreign body localization, the accuracy was 64.29%; through the spiral CT examination of foreign aid for positioning accuracy rate of up to 100%. Conclusion Imaging is a diagnostic value and accura- cy rates are higher secondary screening tool, to identify children for inhaled foreign body has clinical significance and value.
