山东省1999年麻疹疑似病例监测分析

Analysis of Suspected Measles Cases Surveillance in Shandong Province in 1999

自 1994年山东省利用急性弛缓性麻痹 (AFP)病例监测系统开展麻疹监测以来 ,该系统在运行过程中不断改进和完善。1999年 ,经该专报系统共报告麻疹疑似病例 1776例 ,多于常规传染病报告系统 13 2 6 % ,尽管较以前报告病例数有所增加 ,但其敏感性仍不够理想。通过对监测工作各环节监测指标的分析 ,发现存在的问题 。

Since measles surveillance had been carried out by means of Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP)surveillance system in Shandong Provnce in 1994,it has been improving 1,776 suspected measles cases were reported, and it was 13 26% more than that reported from routine reporting system for infectious diseases in 1999 This system was not higher in sensitivity despite of the reported cases more than before Problems were found out through analyzing every indicator of each aspect of this system,which will be helpful for enhancing suspected measles cases surveillance at the stage of accelerated measles control
