摘要
为了解 1998年水灾后麻疹流行情况 ,对灾区健康人群麻疹抗体进行了监测 ,结果麻疹IgG抗体阳性率为 78 0 3% ,抗体几何平均滴度倒数 (GMRT)为 12 7,IgG抗体≥ 1:80 0的占 42 2 5 % ,≤ 1:2 0 0的占 5 7 75 % 。
In order to know the measles epidemiological status after 1998's flood, we investigated in areas of Inner Mongolia the measles immune level of healthy population. The total antibody positive rate was 78.03%, GMRT was only 127 in average, the titer of measles IgG ≥1:800 was 42.25%. The proportion of population who were susceptible to measles was 57.75%, which suggest that the epidemic possibility of measles in recent years should be monitored.
