微利时代企业增加利润有两个途径，一是降低成本提高利润率，另一途径是提高资金周转次数，通过提高资金周转次数提高资本利润率。假定一家企业一年销售12亿元的产品，若资金周转次数是每月一次，那就需要1亿的资金投入，若周转率提高一倍，即半个月周转一次，则只需5千万的资金即可支持出12亿的销售。
