经济型轿车动力总成布置设计方法研究

Study on Assembly Layout Design Method of Economic Power-train of Sedan Car

通过分析国内主流经济型轿车动力总成布置设计并结合正向设计的思路,对发动机前置前轮驱动的布置形式和发动机横置排气后置的布置方案进行了初步分析,总结出经济型轿车功力总成布置及各向间隙定义的参考数值并分析其影响因素,同时结合整车装配车间及售后维修反馈对动力总成附件的可接近性进行了分析。对经济型轿车的动力总成布置具有一定的参考价值。

Through analyziog the domestic mainstream economic sedan car＇s power-train assembly layout design and combined with the fbrward design ideas, the power-train＇ s assembly arrangement form in front engine front drive and the exhaust post arrangement layout in sidelong engine were analyzed in primary. The reference values of power assembly arrangement and anisutropic gap definitinn in economic, sedan car were smnmarized, and their intluencing laetors were analyzed. At the same time, the power-train accessing＇ accessibility base on vehicle assembly workshop and customer service repair feedback was analyzed. It has a certain reference value in economic sedan car＇ s power-train assembly arrangement.
