摘要
以一汽技术中心开发的6×2后轮转向载货车为基础,介绍ZF公司液压控制的后轮转向系统的工作原理,并应用Pro/E建立三维模型,利用ADAMS进行仿真的优化设计,最后进行试验验证,与设计结果进行比较和分析,验证设计的正确性。
Based on the 6 × 2 goods truck of rear axle steering designed by FAW R&D CENTER, the working principle of rear axle steering hydraulic control system from the ZF was introduced. The three dimensional (3D) model was established by using the PRO/E, then simulated and optimized the design by using ADAMS. At last an experiment is done to prove, compare and analyze with designed results, and correctness of the design is proved.
