摘要
本文回顾了欧洲颗粒物污染控制的历程,从法规标准、管理制度、控制措施等方面,系统分析了欧洲颗粒物污染控制策略特点。通过总结欧洲颗粒物污染控制的经验,为我国的颗粒物污染控制提供借鉴。
In this paper, the development process of the particulate matter pollution control in Europe was reviewed. The control strategy in Europe was analyzed, including three aspects： standard, management system and control measures. Through summering the experiences, some inspirations to improve the particulate matter pollution control in China were obtained.
