摘要
我国重金属污染严重,研究制定严格的环境标准是从源头解决重金属污染的根本所在。本文在综合国内外重金属标准的制定情况基础上,研究提出:强化环境标准,确立保障人体健康的核心地位;要综合考虑重金属排放标准与环境质量标准的协同;强化重金属环境基准的研究,提高环境标准的可达性。
Strict environmental standard is the key method to solve the heavy metal pollution from the sources in China. Based on the summarization of the domestic and overseas status, the relevant recommendation and suggestion on environmental standards to heavy metal have been proposed. The core position of human health should be established by strengthening environmental standards. It is considered the synergetie relationship between emission standards and environmental quality standards for Heavy Metal. The basic study of environmental standards should be enhanced to order to improve the accessibility of environmental standards.
