Experimental Research on Microvascular Superincising and Encasing Anastomosis

以动物实验研究微小血管(0.5mm)超剪口套接法技术,并与常用的端对端间断吻合法进行比较,超剪口套接法具有手术方式简单,操作省时,不要求过高吻合技术的优点。

A new superincising suturing technique for microvascular anastomosis is described. Comparison of this method with end—to—end interrupted suture technique is carried out. The authors conclude that The advantage of the method are easier manipulation, less operating time and much easier for clinical application.
