维脑路通治疗视网膜震荡疗效观察

Clinical study on effect of vinorutoni in treating commotio retinae (Berlin′s disease)

目的 :观察维脑路通治疗视网膜震荡 (Berlin′s水肿 )的疗效。方法 :将视网膜震荡 6 9例随机分为两组。观察组 43例 ,给予维脑路通、路丁、胞二磷胆碱等。对照组 2 6例 ,给予地塞米松、路丁、烟酸、胞二磷胆碱等。结果 :观察组在减轻视网膜水肿 ,促进视力恢复方面 ,优于对照组。结论 :维脑路通是治疗视网膜震荡的有效措施。

Objective:To investigate the therapy of vinorutoni on treatment of commotio retinae.Methods:69 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The lst group consist of 43 patients,receiving vinorutoni、rutin、citicoline.While the 2nd group consist of 26 patients receiving the conventinal therapy,including dexamethasone、rutin、citicoline、nicotinici acid.Results The efficacy of lst group was better than that of 2nd group in decreasing edema and in improviing vision.Conclusion:Vinorutoni was an effective method in treating commotio retinae.
