应用国产荧光指示剂Fura-2测定20名原发性高血压病人血小板内游离钙水平,结果血小板在静息状态下细胞内游离钙浓度为119.8±27.4nmol/L,批内变异为10.37％,批间变异为12.43％。
This paper introduces the technique of fluorescence measurement with Fura-2 as indicater to study the intracellular free calcium concentration in newly isolated viable platelets. It was found that the concentration of free calcium in platelets of 20 essential hypertensive patients was 119.78±27.44nm. The intra-assay variability was 10.37％, and the day-to-day intrasubject variation was 12.43％, demonstrating our method is rdliable.
