冠状动脉左主干远端病变介入治疗的预后因素 被引量：1

摘要 在有经验的介入中心，左主干的经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）是相对安全的。但是由于左主干PCI相对于进行冠状动脉旁路移植术（CABG）的患者来说面临更高的再次血运重建的风险，所以其有效性遭到一定的质疑。虽然药物洗脱支架的引入带来了扭转局面的希望，但大规模试验结果令人失望。
