摘要
福州地区110例健康成人血清转铁蛋白(Tf)和血清铁蛋白(SF)水平检测结果显示,血清Tf 2.59±0.54g/L,女性高于男性(P<0.05);SF 59.57±39.87μg/L,则女性低于男性(P<0.01)。血清Tf和SF含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。
Serum transferrin(Tf) and serum ferritin(SF) in 110 healthly adults were measured by single ring immunodiffusion(SRID) and radioimmunoassay(RIA) respectively. The results showed that the serum Tf was 2.59±0.54g/L,higher in female than in male (t=2.601,P<0.05),and SF was 59.57±39.87μg/L, lower in female than in male (t=4.42, P<0.01). Linear correlation analysis indicated that there was negative correlation between serum Tf and SF (P<0.05). Comparing serumTf to with total iron binding capacity (TIBC), the former was 2511.9±454.7mg/L in male and 2807.6±697.6mg/L in female and the latter was 3034.4±239.1μg/L in male and 3410.0±293.7 μg/L in female by Ramsay method in our laboratory. We could obtain the ratio of TIBC to Tf, which equaled the theoretical value (1.25). In conclusion,serum Tf may replace TIBC and can be spread easily,because of performing simply,demanding less blood and reliable result.
