摘要
针对工程量清单计价模式下综合单价组价的特点,运用蒙特卡洛模拟技术对拟投标项目进行综合单价组价模拟分析,得到与市场接近的清单报价。研究结果表明,蒙特卡洛模拟技术能够为建筑施工企业规避综合单价组价风险提供定量分析依据,是综合单价组价风险分析的有效工具。
According to the characteristic of comprehensive unit price set price on basis of bill of quantities valuation mode,a list of quote close to the price in market is acquired by simulating analysis of comprehensive unit price set price on bidding projects with Monte Carlo theory. The results show that the Monte Carlo simulation can provide quantitative basis for constructing enterprise in avoiding risk of comprehensive unit price set price, which is an effec tive tool for risk analysis.
