含风电场与电动汽车充换电站的电力系统经济调度 被引量:8

摘要 在分析风电和电动汽车发展形势的基础上,提出将电动汽车充换电站视作储能电站引入电网调度,为含有风电场的系统提供备用。通过对风电出力和充换电站可用容量的预测,考虑风电和充换电站建立经济调度模型,提出模型优化策略,并采用粒子群优化算法(PSO)求解。通过算例验证了模型和算法的正确性和有效性。 Based on an analysis of the wind power and electric vehicle development,it is proposed to regard the battery swap stations as energy storage power stations and use grid dispatch to provide reserve for the power systems containing wind farms.Through prediction of wind power output and the battery swap station's usable capacity,a new economic dispatch model is proposed in this paper with consideration of wind power and battery swap stations and the model optimization strategies are advanced.The particle swarm optimization (PSO) method is adopted to solve the model.The correctness and effectiveness of the model and algorithm are verified via a case study.
