《内经》“虚实”浅析

Analysis of “deficiency and excess” in Inner Canon of Huangdi

分析《内经》中三处对于"虚实"有代表性的表述,结合临床体会,认为"虚实"是气机升降出入失常而引起的,非独"邪气"所致,"虚实"在脏腑辨证的体系下表现为脏的封藏功能失调致虚和腑的疏泄功能失调致实,并且"虚实"互为因果。

Based on three representative descriptions about ＂deficiency and excess＂ from Inner Canon of Huangdi ,and according to clinical experience,it is believed that ＂deficiency and excess＂ is caused not only by pathogenic Qi but also the malfunction of ascending,descending,exiting and entering of the Qi. On basis of the system of syndrome differentiation of Zang-Fu viscera, ＂deficiency and excess＂ presents deficiency led by malfunction of storage of Zang and excess caused by the malfunction of conveyance dispersion of Fu. Meanwhile,deficiency and excess are the mutual cause and effect.
