摘要
目的 探讨白细胞粘附功能和变形能力在糖尿病视网膜病变发生发展中的作用。方法 采用WYJ Ⅲ型体外血栓血小板粘附两用仪和DXC 3 0 0型红细胞变形能力测定仪 ,对 3 5例糖尿病视网膜病变患者 (DR)、3 5例糖尿病无视网膜病变患者 (NDR)及 3 5例性别、年龄相当的正常人白细胞粘附功能 (LAF)和白细胞变形能力 (LD)进行检测 ,并与空腹血糖 (FBG)、糖化血红蛋白 (HbA1c)进行了分析。结果 糖尿病患者LAF明显高于无糖尿病组 ,糖尿病患者中DR患者又明显高于NDR患者 ,而LD则明显低于正常对照组 ,其中又以DR组下降最为显著 ,LAF的下降与LD ,FBG ,HbA1c及病程密切相关。
ObjectiveTo observe the relationship of leukocyte adhesion function(LAF) and deformability with the occurrance and development of diabetic retinopathy.MethodsLAF and diformability were investigated in 35 patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR),35 patients with non DR(NDR) and 35 normal subjects by WYJ Ⅲ external thrombus thrombocyte adhesive instrutment and DXC 300 erythrocyte deformability survey instrutment.The relation ship of LAF and deformability with the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),hemoglobin glycosylation(HbA 1c ) were also studiedResultsFBG in NDR group was obviously higher than that in control ( P <0.01),FBG in DR group was higher than that in NDR group( P <0.01).HbA 1c in NDR group was significantly higher than that in control ( P <0.01).But HbA 1c in DR group was higher than that in NDR( P <0.001 ).LAF in DR group was markedly higher than that in NDR and control( P <0.001 ). But leukocyte deformability (LD) was obviously lower than that in NDR and control( P <0.001 ).The decrease of LAF was connected with the changes of FBG,HbA 1c and the course of disease.ConclusionThe changes of LAF and LD in diabetes mellitus patients may contribute to the occurrence and development of DR.
