涤纶全拉伸丝油剂TF-719的性能及应用

The Performance and Application of Polyester Fully Drawn Yarn Spin Finish TF-719

结合理论研究表征并分析了国产涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)油剂TF-719的耐热性、抗静电性、润湿性、摩擦性及可纺性能,并与进口的日本竹本公司FDY油剂F1048和德国双S公司FDY油剂B-50H的性能进行了比较。结果表明:TF-719油剂具有良好的应用性能,可纺性强,各项性能优于德国双S公司油剂,与竹本F1048性能相当,使用过程中发烟量少、白粉少、成品满卷率可达98.6%,染色均匀,合格率为100%,能够满足FDY纺丝要求。

The performance of domestic used spin finish TF-719 for fully drawn yarn（FDY） such as heat resisitance, antistatic behavior, wettability, friction coefficient and spinnability was studied. Compared with the Japanese spin finish F1048 and German spin finish B-50H, TF-719 had better application characteristics than B-50H. Low smoke generation was displayed in the process of the spinning, and it offered the full package rate up to 98.6 % as well as 100 % pass rate of dyeing uniformity. TF-719 spin finish could satisfy the requirements of FDY spinning process and afterprocessing.
