国际服务外包促进服务贸易的途径分析

Path Analysis for International Service Outsourcing Promoting Service Trade

近年我国国际服务外包的快速发展极大地促进了服务贸易的增长,本文从直接与间接两条途径对国际服务外包促进服务贸易发展进行了研究,分析结果表明,发展国际服务外包不仅有促进新兴服务业发展、增加服务贸易出口、缓解服务贸易逆差的直接效应,同时还有通过技术外溢提升我国服务贸易竞争力、调整和改善服务贸易结构、优化投资环境增加对服务业FDI、突破贸易壁垒等途径对我国服务贸易的发展产生积极影响的间接效应,但不同的间接途径对服务贸易的促进作用并不相同。

The rapid development ot international service outsourcmg in China greatly promotes China＇s service trade over the last decade. This paper analyzes the direct and indirect paths through which international service outsourcing promotes China＇s service trade. Results from the analyses show that developing international service outsourcing directly spurs the development of emerging service industry, increases trade volume in service exports and relieves service trade defteR. Moreover, international service outsourcing has positive impacts on devel- oping China＇s service trade through indirect paths such as by enhancing China＇s competitiveness in service trade with technology spillover, adjusting and optimizing China＇s industrial structure, improving investment environment and increasing FDI in the service industry, and breaking through trade barriers. The results also show differences in the effects of different indirect paths on spurring service trade.
