摘要
介绍一种新型合成乙苯烷基化催化剂EBZ-800在某大型工业化装置上的工业应用情况,研究不同反应条件下的催化性能。通过对反应条件的研究与优化,得出催化剂在温度200℃和苯与乙烯质量比7.5∶1的条件下,目标产品乙苯收率达到87.5%,高于其他工业化催化剂3.5%。研究催化剂在原料苯中不同水含量条件下的反应性能,结果表明,水含量小于100×10-6时,催化剂活性最高。装置在优化条件下运行,易操作控制,节约能耗2.5%,经济效益良好。
The commercial application of a novel alkylation catalyst EBZ-800 for the synthesis of ethyl- benzene was introduced, and the performance of catalyst EBZ-800 under different reaction conditions was investigated. The results indicated that under the optimal condition of reaction temperature 200 ℃, mass ratio of benzene/ethylene = 7.5 : 1, ethylbenzene yield over catalyst EBZ-800 was 87.5%, which was 3.5% more than that over other commercial catalyst. When water content was less than 100 x 10-6 ,the catalyst possessed the highest activity. The plant was easy to operate, and its energy consumption was reduced 2.5 %. The better economical benefit was attained under the mild reaction condition.
