“十分钟便民服务圈”建设扎实推进

Build the 10-Minute safe service Circle

自朝阳市启动构建“十分钟便民服务圈”工作以来，龙城区高度重视，精心部署，按照“试点先行、以点带面，总结经验、逐步推开”的原则，由区民政局牵头组织实施，区综治办、总工会、就业局、环卫局等相关部门和各街道社区通力协作，扎实推进，取得了明显成效。

As Chaoyang further carries out the work of serving for the convenience of people, Longcheng New District strives to build the Ten Minutes’ Safe Service Circle to safeguard the peace and stability of communities. The distance needing ten minutes’ drive is regarded as a radius. Longcheng New District will fully play the role of communities, joint defense teams consisting of the police and people, and mediators, and actively provide the services of bringing convenience and benefits to people, mainly including: dispatching policemen quickly, security patrol, solving conflicts, popularizing laws, arranging, helping and educating. Conduct the all-day monitoring of key sections, ensure the 24-hours patrol along the main sections, and build the three-level fire safety grids in streets, communities and districts, to ensure the normative and effective of Ten Minutes’ Safe Service Circle.
