我是来自台湾基隆一个小渔村的陈庆德，1964年出生于一个普通的渔民家庭。读书、服兵役、下海，伴我走过了童年、少年、青年的20年时光。经历了家境由困苦转向殷实，再由富裕跌回贫穷的大起大落，让年少的我变得成熟、坚强。

I am Chen Qingde from a small fishing village, Keelung, Taiwan. In 1964, I was born in an ordinary fishing family. In 1994, Daxi Science and Technology and other relatively powerful companies began to target at the market of the Mainland. As the core leader of our company, I first set foot on the Mainland where I started my new entrepreneurial life. More than ten years of life in Liaoyang make me deeply in love with it. I am familiar with every corner, and have become accustomed to the life here. I get along well with the people here, and can speak the authentic Northeastern Mandarin. I have integrated into this big family! I believe that Liaoyang will have a more colorful future.
