盘山永顺泉:红高粱与辽河水的绝唱

作为下辽河平原的一个新兴城市，盘锦近代的经济发展与辽河密切相关。辽河在其航事繁荣的数百年间，不仅为盘锦集聚了人气，且兴旺了百业，使其积淀了浓厚的商业文明。早在清朝末期，盘锦地区就已形成两大商业圈，一处在田庄台，另一处在盘山。其中盘山的“四大商号”之一，即是刹顷泉。

Panjin is an emerging city in the Lower Liaohe River Plain. Its modern economic development is closely related to Liaohe River. In several hundred years of prosperous navigation, Liaohe River accumulated the popularity for Panjin, prospered the industries of Panjin, and also accumulated the rich business culture. As early as the late Qing Dynasty, Panjin had formed two major commercial circles respectively in Tianzhuangtai and Panshan Mountain. Among them, Yongshun Spring in Panshan Mountain is one of the "four major stores". Despite of repeated changes, its traditional brewing techniques have been handed down completely, thus making it possible to brew the unique grain wine through the red sorghum and the water of Liaohe River.
