造血干细胞“归巢”机制的探讨

近年来 ,诸如骨髓、外周血、脐血等多种来源的造血干细胞 (HSC)移植在临床上日益广泛地开展起来 ,同时关于干细胞归巢机制的研究也有所进展。造血干细胞的归巢是一个多步骤过程。经研究发现 ,在归巢中涉及了干细胞表面和造血微环境中的一系列的分子与细胞因子。本文综述了其中一些研究较多的分子与因子 ,并对今后的研究提出了自己的看法。

The clinical transplantation of hematopoietic stem cell(HSC) originating from m any sources such as bone marrow ,peripheral blood and cord blood has been widely applied in recent years.At the sam e tim e ,the develop- ment of the study on the mechanism of HSC homing which involves multi- procedures has been achieved. And a lot of m olecular and cytokines on the surface or in the microenviroment of HSC are functioning in homing.The pur- pose of this article is to review those m olecular and cytokines on which more studies have been focused in the past.
