江苏海伦PTA装置钢框架结构分析与设计

摘要 江苏海伦PTA装置A2区为高度40m的化工生产装置,荷载巨大且分布不均,结构体型受工艺布置限制,平面、竖向均不规则。结合以往工程经验,对结构关键部位进行概念设计,提出一些有效的构造措施。采用计算软件PKPM,SAP 2000进行结构多遇地震下的反应谱分析并进行对比,计算结果一致性较好,说明模型建立合理,分析结果准确。采用SAP 2000进行结构弹性时程分析,结果显示时程分析结果基本小于反应谱分析结果。对结构关键构件进行中震不屈服校核,结果显示构件设计能够满足设防烈度地震下不屈服的性能目标。 A2 site of Hailun PTA installation is a chemical production device (height is 40 m), the load is huge and uneven. Restricted by process layout the structural system is irregular . Based on the design experience, the concept design on the key point of the structure was carried out and some strengthening measures were used to ensure the security of the structure. Response spectrum analysis under frequent earthquake were carried out by PKPM and SAP 2000. Results were in good agreement which proves the results are correct and the model is reliable. Elastic time-history analysis was carried out by SAP 2000. The results are almost smaller than those of response spectrum analysis. Non-yielding analysis under moderate earthquake was checked by selecting some key members. The results show that the selected members can meet the requirements of the performance objective of non-yielding under moderate earthquake.
