摘要
综述和分析了近年来国内外芳香族聚酰胺类纤维在摩擦材料的应用研究现状和发展趋势。表明发达国家在强制禁止摩擦材料中使用致癌物质石棉后,大大促进了非石棉增强摩擦材料的发展。其中芳香族聚酰胺类纤维增强材料以其优越的热学、力学以及摩擦性能,在摩擦材料领域得到广泛的应用。尤其对位芳纶浆粕在此领域应用最广研究最为深入。
This paper aims to review and analyze the research status and tendency of aramid articles for friction materials, after the developed countrys have already prohibited use of the carcinogenic asbestos in friction materials, the prohibition has boosted the development of non-asbestos organic (NAO) friction materials. Characterized by the superior mechanical and thermal properties, the aramid fibers are widely applied in friction materials, among which the para-aramid pulp is mostly used and studied.
