摘要
从复式谷物清选机风扇转子的实际结构出发,运用CATIA软件对其典型零件进行了计算机建模,通过对称、镜像、施加约束等方式,完成了风机转子的虚拟装配,通过该工作过程,探索了运用CATIA软件构建复式谷物清选机典型部件的问题,为后续进行复式谷物清选机典型部件的运动分析、有限元分析和虚拟样机分析打下了基础。同时也为工程技术人员进行实际产品的计算机辅助设计,提供了数据和方法支持。
In this paper, based on tile actual structure of the fan rotor of duplex grain cleaning machine, its typical parts of the modeling by use of CATIA software, through symmetry, mirror, apply constraints, etc., to complete the fan rotor virtual assembly, through the work process, explore the use of CATIA software to build a typical duplex grain cleaning machine parts working process, to build a foundation for the movement analysis, finite element analysis and virtual prototyping analysis. And it also provides computer-aided design data and methodological support for engineering and technical personnel to carry out the actual product.
