摘要
以某公司生产的气控汽车举升阀为例,分析其阀的结构原理和特点,并在出产试验和型式试验的基础上设计出该阀的试验台的液压原理图,并搭建举升阀试验台,完成实验内容。分析实验结果表明,该试验台经济、稳定、实用性强并已成功应用于实际汽车举升阀测试系统中。
Taking a pneumalic auto lift valve as an example, the article analyzes the structural principle and characteristics of the valve. designs the hydraulic schematic diagram of the wllve test bench based on produeed test and type test. and set up the lifting valve test bench. The experimental resuhs show that the test stand strong practiealfilily and economic stability has been successfully applied to the actual car lifting wllve lest system.
